Plastic Cabinet Ceiling Type Evaporators - GNK

Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameter of 3/8" with wall thickness of 0.35 mm, in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 4 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 25x22 mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Cabinet

GNKY Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporator cabinets are manufactured with plastic and galvanized steel, coated with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, making them resistant to various weather conditions.

Fan

GNKY Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators use fans with diameters of Ø200 mm.

Capacity

Capacities are calculated according to European fans and for R404A gas according to EN 328 Standards.

Test

GNKY Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators are tested at a pressure of 40 bar and delivered with 6 bar nitrogen.

Coils

Manufactured in pipe diameters of 1/2" and 5/8" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm in a staggered arrangement.

Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing ranging from 8-10 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 56x48 and 35x35mm.

To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.

Defrost

Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost applications are available.

Capacity

The capacities are calculated according to EN 328 Standards for R404A gas based on European fans.

GS Series Gravity Coolers are tested with 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar of nitrogen.
